These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the infrared sauna products, services, website, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services") provided by Noreva Living, a Wyoming company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not purchase, use, or access our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our products. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE:

Our products are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only.

  • The Services are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Always consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before using an our products, especially if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, skin conditions, or are taking medications.
  • Use of the product is at your own risk.

We make no medical claims, express or implied, regarding health benefits.

3. Proper Use and Safety

You agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions, manuals, and guidelines provided with the product
  • Limit session duration according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Stay hydrated before, during, and after sauna use
  • Discontinue use immediately if you feel dizziness, nausea, discomfort, or pain

You must not:

  • Use the product while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Modify, tamper with, or misuse the product
  • Allow children or pets to use the product unsupervised

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice
  • Payment must be completed before shipment
  • Orders may be canceled only in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
  • You are responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for delivery and installation

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Custom, made-to-order, or installed products may be non-refundable.

7. Limited Warranty

We may offer a limited manufacturer or company warranty, which will be provided separately with your purchase.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Assumption of Risk

By using our products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated to exposure, including but not limited to dehydration, burns, dizziness, fainting, or other injury.

You agree that the Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any applicable law or regulation

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, manuals, images, and materials provided by the Company are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County/CA, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
